Knowing what you will have to leave behind
And enter a whole new place unbeknownst to you
Perhaps never forgetting all that you have held on to
The heartache that leaves you miserable
Like your heart sinking to the bottom
Like being pulled down by a weight
How would you feel
If you have to be fiercely separated from the one you love
Separated by time
Separated by everything in the world
You try hard to hold on to your memories
Holding on to anything that can keep you from forgetting
Like it never existed
But you know in the depths of your heart
That what you felt was real
What you experienced was real
What that happened once before was definitely
And true to the heart, real
So lets just try as we might to endure this separation
No matter how much grieve we have to go through
And meet again one day
Where we will be once again
Finally be reunited

ReplyDeleteYes! Me too! I bawled like a baby at the moment when they both had gotten each other's letters. It was the most beautiful yet tragic thing that happened in the drama :')
