Books

I love reading teenage books or romance novels and when a new book comes along, the first thing i look for in the romance novel actually, is whether there is any awards given etc. Like 'USA bestselling author' or stuff like that. After that, it is either scenario A or B. A is there is the awards. B is there's no awards.

In A, i will then look at the cover. Is it attractive looking. To me, it determines whether the book might be potentially interesting. It effort was not put in to the cover, the story itself is not very much worth it unless the story plot is very very interesting. A cartoon cover for a romance novel or a graphic image of a flower or sky or a scenery is no-no too for me as it looks kinda dull on first impression.

In B, where no awards or stuff is given, i'd look at the story plot at the back of the book. If boring, it's back on the shelf.

In teenage books, i always borrow the fantasy ones. Like ordinary girl suddenly finding out that she's a protege witch or a fairy. Or even finding out she has extraordinary powers to change the world of this parallel universe. stuff like that. Haha... I just love reading books like that.

Here's a few books that i recommend you should read and would definitely love:
