I've gotten into my chosen choice of Nanyang Technological University (NTU)! I'm actually really grateful and relieved that they sent me the acceptance email. Mainly because it was the only university I applied to.
Anyways, I received the acceptance on the 5th of May afternoon. Brenda, my friend, actually received a call from her friend, Corine, that she had received an email acceptance from NTU and to check hers as well. Unfortunately, Brenda never received hers and I went ahead to check mine.
Once I logged in, there it was--> NTU Acceptance Outcome
I was extremely shocked and nervous, afraid to open the email. "Come, let me open it for you!" My colleague, Fiona, in the office remarked after noticing that I couldn't bring myself to open it. In the end, I opened it myself since it was my results and I couldn't let anyone else to do it for me.

Apparently, I had to access my status website before I could find out if I was in. TSK! and here I thought that they would reveal whether I was in or out via email.
As I accessed the website, I realised that the laptop I had with me did not have the saved password to access my status. Mainly because I easily forget passwords to websites I don't frequent. It took about 10 minutes before I was able to access my website but the anticipation had kind of died down since it took that long to find out (not just for me but my colleagues as well, SO EMBARRASSING!). HAHAHA
Then there it was....
I GOT IN! I GOT DAMN FREAKING IN!
Of course I'm not that ecstatic because it's not a passion of mine to go into journalism or anything like that but it's at least another step towards the unknown. What I'm going to do from here on out is take it one step at a time, somehow things will work out and I'd know what I need to do with my life. So for now, NTU it is. I hope I survive :)
